Very pale session IPA with a balance of citrus and floral hops from Australia.
Pale gold with a big grassy hop aroma with some delicate hints of cinnamon and ginger, and a slight floral note. Citrus hop flavours lead to a pleasant bitterness.
A bright summery hop bomb blonde ale where wave upon wave of bright vivid hops encircle the palate with gooseberry and herb aromas cascading over a brisk zesty summit, to a satisfying bitter finish.
A refreshingly hoppy session beer. Gold coloured with a complex bouquet, it provides a mouthful of fruit zest, with hints of orange and grapefruit. This was our first brew and remains the most popular having won several awards.
Thriving on bold, hoppy citrus flavours, this maverick is always ahead of the curve. This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour malt. A combination of Cascade, Columbus and Amarillo hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.
Pale brown with a faint malty and fruity aroma. Malt and fruit flavours dominate the taste with a balancing bitterness, making for an easy-drinking beer of deceptive strength.
Our Traditional cider has the same smooth flavour as the Original but with a lower ABV. A good full body with a refreshing sparkling mouthfeel. Fruity and aromatic, golden in the glass, with a clean apple finish. A perfect session cider.
Made from 88% pear and 12% apple. Sweet in flavour with a mouth-watering almost exotic taste.
A cider that is classic in appearance, taste and strength. It is copper coloured, rounded, almost velvety in texture and is full of flavour.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
The legendary Black Dragon! This medium cider now has quite a following amongst the most discerning cider drinkers. It is rich in colour, body and flavour with a fresh, fruity aroma.
A rich blonde ale with gentle aromas of summer fruits from late hopping with Simcoe. An excellent robust bitterness leads to a long dry finish that leaves you wanting more. Brewed with Summit, Amarillo, Nectaron and Simcoe hops.
A pale ale with huge aroma and huge flavour.
A single hopped blonde ale using Lemondrop, a hop variety from the USA. This lovely blonde coloured ale has the aroma of gentle lemon and very light melon. It has a medium bitter taste with juicy lemon fruit elements and a lemony finish that has a pleasant citrusy background.
