Golden bitter with citrus hop flavour derived from the addition of English Sovereign and Boudicea hops in the hopback. Complemented by a background sweetness from the subtle use of light crystal and cara-malt.
A robust best bitter with a deep ruby red hue obtained from the use of a generous addition of crystal malt. This beer balances sweet hedgerow berry notes with a long roasted malt finish and a deep bitterness from the English Pilgrim hops used in the copper and the hopback.
A beer brewed for flavour and drinkability. Light, refreshing and low on alcohol, this brew utilises an ever-changing lineup of hops leading to a contrasting yet equally enjoyable experience with every batch. ABV may vary.
A sessionable New England style IPA. Dry hopped with Azacca and Mosaic, delivering juicy tropical notes with a citrus backbone, low bitterness and a full mouthfeel. Born of too many Crystal Haze hangovers, we wanted to brew a NEIPA that had the same level of hop additions and malt bill, but with a locked down ABV, so it's a pint you can drink all day.
Welcome to tropical hop heaven. Soundwave is eminently drinkable, full of flavour and subtle with bitterness. Our most famous beer pours with an inviting haze, while big-hitting American hops deliver fruit notes in abundance and a trademark resinous finish.
Brewed to the traditional recipe, Pompey Royal is a sweet and malty ale with a delicate hop finish. This beer has been brewed by many breweries over several decades and goes down a storm in Portsmouth.
A traditional English bitter brewed using water from the Hampshire chalk hills. Full and clean tasting, initially malty then tangerine fruit and resinous hop build to a quenching bitter finish.
A light straw colour, brewed with barley and wheat malts. A very refreshing beer with a good smack of citrus hops and a perfect clean finish.
This is our hop monster. Despite a relatively modest ABV for an IPA, this beer delivers an explosion of hops in every sense. A very special beer.
A dry, hoppy traditional bitter with a light bronze colour.
Floral, fruity and delicately bitter. Cascade hops give this golden ale powerful floral and tropical fruit flavours, with a delicate bitterness. Hole Hearted will surprise with every mouthful.
A straw coloured extremely moreish session beer that has a surprisingly full flavour for its strength. A pleasant and distinctive aroma is followed by a moderate hop bitterness. The fresh finish leaves you wanting another.
We wanted to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply get it down ya neck. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA.
Pure tropical, fruity pleasure in a glass. Fresh orange zest and heaps of extremely aromatic hops give this beer bright, intense flavours of mango, papaya and bitter orange. A restrained yet present bitterness makes you want that next sip, and the next one, and the one after that. Hoppy, zesty, refreshing.
