This rich, dark stout is flavoured with pure Fair Trade cocoa, spicy Atlas hops and natural Madagascan vanilla, adding bitter chocolate notes to its full-bodied malt and roast barley flavour.

A heavenly hazy, fruity and hoppy white IPA. Hopped with Topaz and Galaxy, with added orange peel, coriander seed, 5 different malts (2 different types of wheat), and a bespoke Wit yeast for a traditional White IPA. Collaboration with Marble Brewery. Vegan friendly.

Pale ale hopped with Amarillo, Cascade and Galaxy. The biggest hop to have come out of Australia, we already use an abundance of Galaxy in two of our permanent beers; the new and improved Excelsius and King Rat, and Trip Hop #7 sees it joining this series. It's absolutely brimming with passion fruit flavour and Parma Violet aroma.

Defiant and untamed, Hell Rat is a crisp, fresh Helles lager forged in the unrelenting fires of the underworld. Reserved for sinners, not saints. A refreshing Helles style lager brewed with extra pale malt. Part of the all new RAT range, emerging from the Ossett Brewery nest. Born from the shadows, crafted for the bold. Vegan friendly.

One of the original Ossett core beers from 1998 and SIBA national champion. This regal beer continues to be a timeless classic. A simple combination of UK grown pale malt and American Cascade and Chinook hops result in a crisp, dry and refreshing pale ale with aromas of citrus fruit and balanced bitterness. Gluten free.

A traditional, easy drinking Yorkshire Bitter, made from all British ingredients. Pale copper in colour, this beer initially has sweet malt and honey on the palate, followed by a moderately bitter finish. The delicate hop aromas can be described as floral and spicy.

Thriving on bold, hoppy citrus flavours, this maverick is always ahead of the curve. This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour malt. A combination of Cascade, Columbus and Amarillo hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.

This full-bodied, well-rounded pale ale has a warm golden hue that perfectly reflects a bright Yorkshire solstice. Mount hood and Opus hops are added late in the boil, creating sweet and delicate aromas. A true classic, brewed to stand the test of time. Previously known as Yorkshire Blonde.

A traditional dark porter heaving with fruity plum aromas.

A milk chocolate and hazelnut stout. Rich, slightly sweet with cocoa and hazelnut flavours and roast barley bitterness.

Three powerhouses of the hop world, brought together in this pale ale by a powerhouse of cask. Plenty of pineapple comes from Citra, while Nelson Sauvin gives hints of white grape and gooseberry, and Galaxy rounds it off with passion fruit and guava tastes. The perfect cask for summer.

A golden and unmistakably English Bitter. Home-grown Cascade hops bring a firm, wholesome bitterness with a deep yet gentle citrus tang.

Our most traditional core beer is inspired by a Manchester stalwart; a fondly-remembered original. Speciality malt gives the deep golden colour and robust base, balanced by crisp bitterness and a floral, lemony aroma. Vegan friendly.

A no-nonsense session pale ale with a touch of citrus bitterness. Brewed with a time-honoured pairing of English-grown Cascade and Chinook hops.
