What better beer to celebrate the reliable, uncompromising beauty of the Cumbrian countryside, than a proper, traditional brew with a real sense of belonging. Cumbria Way is a full-bodied beer with rich malt and hops, complemented by spicy hops and citrus fruit notes.
A pale, hoppy and bitter ale: a slight elderflower aroma from Slovenian Celeia hops, followed by long bitterness. The hikers' favourite - the perfect thirst quencher after a day on the Fells.
A Citra hopped session IPA. Light gold in colour, bursting with citrus and tropical hop flavours and sensationally refreshing.
Known at the brewery as Peggy, this Dizzy Blonde is great fun, great company, and often the centre of attention. Inspired by our colonial friends across the pond, Dizzy is sassy, fresh, and a firm family favourite. She's a zesty, vibrant ale with wild, aromatic, invigorating Amarillo hops...and a crisp, dry finish.
Part of our series of single-hopped pale ales, this time spotlighting Ekuanot; a hop first released in the US in 2014. Expect a blend of soft and subtle citrus and tropical fruit characteristics, such as melon and pineapple, along with delicate floral and herbal notes. Vegan friendly.
The first of our Modern Classics series celebrating some of our most popular seasonal beers from the past five years. Glacier is a light, refreshing pale ale first brewed in 2019. Bursting with Harlequin and Waimea hops, expect plenty of hoppy notes with a smooth, easy finish.
A sessionable blonde ale. Very light in colour with gentle malty notes and a subtle sweetness. The two British hops, Harlequin and Sovereign, give nice floral and spice character with hints of passionfruit. The generous bitterness and crisp finish balance the beer perfectly making it very moreish.
Brewed with Cascade and Golding hops to create a well rounded golden easy drinking ale.
Our award-winning flagship beer! Unicorn was born in 1896 and was originally called Robinsons Best Bitter. Unusually light, agile, yet complex, Unicorn hasn't changed in over a hundred years. Dripping with heritage, it's a magnificent, thirst-quenching, thoroughbred bitter. The first of a bloodline that continues to this day.
A delicate, unfiltered lager, carefully crafted to honour the traditional methods of the past with a modern twist. By not filtering the beer, we allow the fresh flavours of malt, Weihenstephan yeast and four German hop varieties to burst through for a naturally flavourful, taste and delivers a clean and sweeter taste than traditional Pilsners whilst retaining a short bitterness. Vegan friendly.
Rich and full bodied stout, perfectly balanced, with a silky texture and a smooth creamy head thick enough to float a bottle cap. The ebony coloured stout has a distinct aroma and taste of roasted malt, and a touch of coffee and peppery hops leaves a clean but robust after bitterness, balanced by a hint of sweetness.
Helles is a traditional German pale lager bier. We begin with a specially selected premium lager yeast and a variety of classic Noble European hops and throw in some Perle for a little bittering, then the Tettnang and Hersbrucker hops to add character. During fermentation, we add some Saaz for an earthy and floral hint and finally the Mandarina Bavaria hop to give an extra subtle hint of lemon complexity to the taste and aroma. Sweetness balanced with a light bitterness, delicately hopped, clear and light, it’s the epitome of a thirst-quenching lager bier. Expertly crafted, effortlessly smooth.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
An easy drinking traditional cloudy medium dry cider blended to give a fresh apple flavour with hints of citrus and spice.
A vibrant medium dry cider that is crisp and rounded. A true celebration of all things British.
Made from apples of a single year's harvest, all sourced from within 50 miles of our cider mill in Herefordshire. This draught cider is bright golden in colour, and slowly matured to ensure a rich and characterful aroma. A refreshing medium-dry, sparkling cider that is smooth and rounded in flavour.
