An easy drinking and refreshing IPA. Fresh dry hop, herbal character is provided by the mix of Challenger and First Gold hops. The use of crystal malt in the grist gives a satisfying toffee/caramel note and the addition of a little black malt adds just enough astringency to give a clean, dry finish. The ABV has been reduced from 3.6% due to the recent duty rules.
Alcohol-free version of the ghostly pale ale loved the world over.
An American IPA with a bitter edge that will push your citrus tolerance to the brink and back; Elvis Juice is loaded with tart pithy grapefruit peel. This IPA has a caramel malt base, supporting a full frontal citrus overload - grapefruit peel piled on top of intense U.S. aroma hops. Waves of crashing pine, orange and grapefruit round out this citrus infused IPA. Hops: Amarillo, Citra, Magnum, Mosaic and Simcoe.
New England detuned. This full-tilt fruit machine of an IPA packs all the flavour but less of the alcohol. Notes of pineapple, mango, stone-fruit, and a hint of tangerine to mix it up. Brewed with oats and wheat and left unfiltered for a smooth juicy hit.
A postmodern classic IPA, reinvented. Juicy tropical fruit mixes it up with grassy and pine notes for a beer that’s all flavour, no alcohol. Hops: Ahtanum, Cascade , Chinook, Citra, Huell Melon, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe. A donation from the sales goes towards supporting #IAMWHOLE.
Hells is the lovechild of our two favourite German beer styles - Helles and Pilsner. Clean, crisp and dry, it's the beer we always wanted to drink and the reason we started our brewery. We hope you agree.
Blood orange peel creates the orangy backbone in this IPA. Simcoe and Amarillo head the charge adding tropical fruit and yet more orange. Bloody lovely!
Packed full of mandarin orange and mango flavours harnessed from the Citra hop, the flavour profile of this hazy, limited edition version of Rooster's flagship IPA has been enhanced further by the addition of a blend of tropical fruit juices. Vegan friendly.
Straw gold in colour, a balanced malt bill gives a great mouth feel and a finish that keeps on giving. Restrained bitterness followed by massive peach, pine and resinous hop flavours to keep you satisfied. A session IPA that's perfect for the end of the day (or the start).
This hazy NZ IPA delivers a punchy ripe stone fruit juiciness. The show piece hop is Nectaron. It has only just been released to the market and we have been enamoured by its complexity. The sweet peachy note is balanced with a spicy zing from a huge portion of malted and flaked oats along with a touch of rye malt. Everstone is complex in its malt, hop and fermentation flavour.
California IPAs have been a real highlight this year, so this pale ale aims to bring the essence of that style into a beer you can drink by the pint! Flex is crisp, clean and refreshing on the palate, with Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc combining to bring the sticky, tropical and piney notes that we love so much in these beers.
A full-bodied, very distinctive beer with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.
A perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates an amber ale which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.
This Trans-Atlantic fusion IPA is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous with the New Zealand hops balanced by the biscuit malt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol.
The legendary Black Dragon! This cider now has quite a following amongst the most descerning cider drinkers. It is rich in colour, body and flavour with a fresh, fruity aroma.
Traditional cider blended with traditional mango.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
