Medium cider made from a blend of 69 different apple varieties pressed on the farm in Llandegla North Wales. It is a full-juice cider which means it hasn't been diluted and it hasn't had concentrate added to it. So the ABV is 'Robust'. Quiet Storm is a unique series of single hop showcases. Using some of our favourite hop varieties to really highlight the full spectrum and capability of each individual variety through precise application at different stages of brewing. Galaxy hops hail from Australia and are famed for their huge tropical profile. Showcasing juicy fruit flavours of guava, mango and lychee, its easy to see why this variety is popular with modern breweries around the world.
A juice box IPA with loads of tropical fruit punch with residual sweetness and a sharpness from a load of citric fruits. First off comes the big rolling oaty body hitting a mango smoothie blend colour with sweetness from an early finish in the fermentation. Augmented with the finest mango, pineapple, orange and passion fruit puree we could buy totalling 240kg of fruit in 2100ltrs of beer. For hops we used Idaho 7 for its tropical sweet punch and then dry-hopped with experimental Bru-1 known for its powerful pineapple aroma.
