A simple, pale malt bill gives a soft malt foundation, but lets the hops do most of the talking. Magnum hops give a gentle bitterness while kettle additions and dry hopping with Bobek and Styrian Wolf hops offer an intense aroma of sweet tropical fruits and complex aromas of mango and elderflower. Vegan friendly.
A golden ale available exclusively in cask, Ghyll is our nod to the great British Session Ale. It drinks easy with some pleasant intrigue from Amarillo hops. Ghyll keeps us grounded and reminds us that sometimes less is more.

This pale ale has the same base as Steady Rolling Man but is hopped both hot side and on the dry hop with the freshest Strata from Indie Hops. The Strata in this beer was hand selected during hop harvest, to deliver maximum fresh tropical fruit aroma and juicy, sticky citrus flavour. A reinterpretation of our favourite beer. Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions!
