A scaled back, easygoing, low bitterness, high juice pale ale. Utlising the freshest crop of Simcoe, and one of the new darlings of the brewing scene in HBC 630 fresh from Yakima Chief’s hop breeding programme over in the States, this pale ale is positively bursting at the seams with sweet fruit notes, peaches, cherries, and mango, before mellowing out to a gentle bitterness to keep things in check.
A wee pale dry-hopped with Idaho 7, Mosaic and Galaxy. Submerged in hops with a gentle tropicality. Soft corners, light bitterness, and a stonefruit edge.
Allow us a little indulgence this Christmas as we take the base of chocolate, and roast malt and add a little zest of orange in. The result is a supremely drinkable stout, with a little added brightness from the orange. Vegan friendly.
