
Pendle Witches Brew casts a powerful spell. Auburn in colour, bittersweet - and steeped in Lancashire history. A full, malty flavoured beer with a crisp fruity aftertaste and soft citrus nose.

A classic combination of UK sourced Harlequin and Cascade from the USA work wonderfully well in this new Oakham cask aged black beer. Expect spicy, fruity, blackcurrant and citrus lemon flavours with a hint of moreish grapefruit bitterness. All on a complex base of chocolate, dark and crystal malts with flaked oats added for a soft and smooth mouthfeel.

A cask aged IPA brewed with an exciting combination of USA and UK sourced hop varieties. A whirligig of fresh and intense soft citrus, red berry and tropical fruit hop flavours and aromas from Belma and Olicana with Amarillo and Olicana conjuring up a spicy, earthy, resinous, bitterness on the finish.

An American red ale balancing rich malt character with vibrant hops. A grist of extra pale malt, red crystal, rye and wheat creates a deep ruby hue with notes of caramel, toasted bread and a subtle spicy complexity. Rakau and Chinook hops bring layers of stone fruit, citrus and pine, while a touch of Columbus adds a resinous edge and a clean, assertive bitterness. A stronger than average, very dark mild which is quaffable and satisfying, with a deep, full-flavour, roast malt hints and a slightly bitter aftertaste.

An easy drinking and refreshing IPA. Fresh dry hop, herbal character is provided by the mix of Challenger and First Gold hops. The use of crystal malt in the grist gives a satisfying toffee/caramel note and the addition of a little black malt adds just enough astringency to give a clean, dry finish. The ABV has been reduced from 3.6% due to the recent duty rules.

Crisp Somerset cider infused with heavenly Elderflower which creates this refreshing an luxurious clean delicate cider. Floral hints above the apple notes give a unique taste.

We have expertly blended our crisp Somerset Cider and tangy rhubarb to make this taste sensation. Sweet and full of rhubarb flavour with a tart edge to it.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

A seasonable IPA fully loaded with new world hops including Motueka from New Zealand giving hints of lemon and limes combined with tropical fruits. Bucking the hazy trend this beer is crystal clear with a bright white head.
