We’ve spent a while trying to perfect the perfect cask pale ale and using a combination of Cascade, Citra and Ekuanot hops we think we’ve nailed it. Pine and citrus notes combined with a light floral touch will see drinkers sipping on the session time and time again. A crystal clear golden colour will make it appealing to even those most traditional of cask consumers.

Known at the brewery as Peggy, this Dizzy Blonde is great fun, great company, and often the centre of attention. Inspired by our colonial friends across the pond, Dizzy is sassy, fresh, and a firm family favourite. She's a zesty, vibrant ale with wild, aromatic, invigorating Amarillo hops...and a crisp, dry finish.

Rich amber in colour with superb fruity aromas which are complemented by a delicious blend of malty tastes. Toffee and malt combine with bitterness on the back of the tongue to give a balanced sweetness followed by a refreshingly dry finish.

An easy drinking and refreshing IPA. Fresh dry hop, herbal character is provided by the mix of Challenger and First Gold hops. The use of crystal malt in the grist gives a satisfying toffee/caramel note and the addition of a little black malt adds just enough astringency to give a clean, dry finish. The ABV has been reduced from 3.6% due to the recent duty rules.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

Originally brewed as our EURO 2020 celebration ale Two Halves is a light and refreshing pale, brewed with Jester, Cardinal, Cashmere and Hallertau Blanc hops, straw coloured and very easy drinking with lemon, tangerine and light peach flavours. An ideal summer beer garden beer.

A legendary black mild with a distinct chocolate malt taste and a hop fruit finish.

Vivid blonde beer with slight citrus flavours and a delicate biscuit overtone. Extremely quaffable and highly enjoyable. A fusion of pale and lager malts gives this multi-award winning beer its unique flavour. Brewed with whole hop varieties of Bramling Cross, Perle, Saaz and First Gold.

Autumnal bitter, deep red to light brown in colour. A touch of sweetness from Caramalt and crystal malt carefully offsets the bitterness and toasty flavours coming from brown malts and just a slight touch of roast barley bringing a depth of colour and flavour to this excellent bitter. Earthy notes from Fuggles and touches of English fruits and spice from Bramling Cross hops. Finishing this brew off is a classic English yeast and a perfectly bright and fined clarity.

A sparkling refreshing blonde with a tropical fruit palate and a dry slightly sweet aftertaste. Our ale for the World Cup - come on England!

A full-bodied porter with roast flavours of chocolate orange, coffee and liquorice. The initial bitterness gives way to a smooth, chocolate orange finish.
