Sometimes the simple things in life are the best. We take Pilsner malt from Germany and combine with three traditional hop varieties – Magnum, Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh – to produce a clean, unfiltered, Hop Bitter Lager Beer.

A Munich Helles style lager that’s low in bitterness and brewed using Extra Pale, Cara and Munich malts for just a hint of maltiness. We brew it using a traditional bottom fermenting lager yeast and hop it principally with German Saaz. We also add a small amount of some zesty American hops at the end, just for a little zing. Not too much so that it strays into Pale Ale territory, but just enough to tickle the tastebuds.

A rich, deep and broad malt base gives this stout a very long smooth finish. Hops are prominent on the nose with blackcurrant, liquorice and cedar.
We set ourselves the challenge of brewing a 7% IPA that would hit that hallowed hot spot between drinkability and full-mouthfeel. We’re really happy with the results. Oats, Maris Otter and multiple additions of Simcoe, Citra and Nelson Sauvin combine to create an India Pale Ale that is at once minerally and juicy with massive aromas of orange, tangerine and lemon zest, along with a delectable weedy/piny/dankness.
