An American red rye IPA brewed using red rye crystal and chocolate malts, and Talus, Simcoe and HBC 586 hops. A complex aroma with lots of cedar and pine upfront. This develops into pineapple, bready notes and crunchy rye spice. Revisiting whips up a touch of red apple and blueberry. On the palate, it’s full-bodied with orange pith zest and the upfront sweetness draws out to a lingering bitterness. Collaboration with Verdant Brewing. Vegan friendly.
