Session IPA bursting with tropical aroma of passionfruit, peach sorbet and freshly crushed pineapple, lifted by subtle citrus zest and a soft floral edge. On the palate, waves of ripe nectarine, mango and juicy satsuma glide over a pillowy, haze driven body. Liquid Galaxy Spectrum brings a layered intensity, with candied citrus peel and a touch of dank resin beneath the fruit-forward charm. Our second venture into the rapidly increasing popularity of English hopped pale ales, is this single hopped bright beer. Hopped exclusively with large amounts of Harlequin T90 pellets, this modern fruit-forward hop brings notes of subtle tropical pineapple, fleshy apricot, a touch of peach and a refreshing crisp bitterness. Vegan friendly.

This West Coast IPA is a full on hop packed fiesta. Brewed with a combination of malts and more Simcoe and Citra hops than you can shake a stick at, to create a well-rounded, bold and flavoursome beer with peppery undertones and citrus forward notes, finishing with that undeniable thirst-quenching bitterness.

Fresh peach and apricot aromas lead the way in this extra pale ale, layered with bright lime zest and mandarin. New Zealand Wai-iti hops bring vibrant stone fruit character, finishing clean with a smooth balanced bitterness.

We wanted to show some appreciation for a classic style that we have been really enjoying drinking recently. With our best bitter, we used a blend of malts to achieve a light copper hue, we then added a combination of East Kent Goldings and Northdown hops and fermented with a British ale strain. The resulting beer is a beautiful blend of bready biscuity honey notes from the malt, a slight fruity ester from the yeast and subtle bitter finish to keep it refreshing. This blonde is all about modernising a classic with a new energy and flow. Olicana and Harlequin hops collide in a spin of mango, passionfruit and juicy peach, with flashes of citrus zest and a flicker of pine. Underneath, a smooth, lightly honeyed malt base hums with soft biscuit sweetness, keeping the whole thing balanced while the hops do their sewing. Bright. Zippy.
