Into this ice cream inspired sour we inserted, injected and introduced fab amounts of Strawberry, Blackcurrant, Vanilla and Chocolate. It's inviting, interesting and incredible! A crisp, clear West Coast IPA using the experimental HBC522 from Yakima Chief, which tastes a lot like a classic American 'C' hop, bursting with orange, grapefruit and pine. To compliment this, we've added Strata, for its huge layers of vibrant tropical fruit. Collaboration with Vault City.
