This little New England Style IPA has all the haze and hops you love but with the addition of passionfruit that cranks up the aroma and mouthfeel to 11.
Our take on a classic with a modern twist. Inspired by our mates from across the pond, we use American hops that provide fruity aromas and a slight bitterness, making a super easy drinking session IPA.
The concept was to create a juicy tropical beer. A brew you can sit on and drink all day, rammed with juicy malts and huge tropical aromas of mango and grapefruit. Massive additions of American hops are added to the whirlpool giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry hopped for days, driving the punchy aromas so you can smell it from miles away!

Our flagship IPA. The brewer loves using the Phoenix hops so much that they feature in both the Phoenix and the Phoenix IPA. These little beauties create a smooth bitterness, spicy flavour and the aroma of freshly cut flowers. The IPA is stronger, longer but not wronger – this bitter delight will win you over with its playful nature and easy drinking.
A traditional porter made from a blend of the finest Maris Otter, Chocolate and crystal malts. then Muscovado sugar and Molasses are added to provide a Rum finish to the rich Coffee and dark Chocolate base. English hops are used to enhance and balance this complex malt character, resulting in a supremely quaffable beer. A beer to help you through the depths of winter!
A clean, crisp, very pale ale bursting with tropical fruit hops from Australia and the USA. Zingy and refreshing.
Amber gold in colour, brewed with whole flower English hops, Best Bitter packs a genuine spiky bitterness with big character. Challenger, Goldings and Fuggle hops blend to create a beautiful aroma and flavour with kicks of grassy freshness and a big peppery punch. The Maris Otter malt offers a light sweetness that balances against those big bitter characters.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
