sceptre is something normally reserved for the likes of royalty, but we all carry a sceptre - something that makes us special. For this India Pale Lager we combine Pilsner, Vienna and Caramalts with a huge whack of hops to make what we call a Special Lager beer.
A low alcohol cold IPA with Citra, Loral and Cashmere. Cold IPAs take the best elements of a lager and a NEIPA and are mashed together for a cleaner, crisper IPA. Fermented with lager yeast at higher than usual temperatures we have then dosed this with a big old dollop of Citra Spectrum hops, a little magic, and a lot of resting time and voila. Sweet and juicy Scottish strawberries pair perfectly with our sour base beer to create something smooth and full bodied. Expect mouth-watering flavours of traditional strawberries and cream with the addition of smooth Madagascan vanilla beans.
We wanted to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply get it down ya neck. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA.
The concept was to create a juicy tropical beer. A brew you can sit on and drink all day, rammed with juicy malts and huge tropical aromas of mango and grapefruit. Massive additions of American hops are added to the whirlpool giving huge hop flavour. The beer is then dry hopped for days, driving the punchy aromas so you can smell it from miles away!
A 100% pure juice cider made with a blend of Derbyshire and Herefordshire apples, wildly fermented, with the addition of real strawberry and raspberry juice. It is slightly sweeter but in a subtle way without the use or taint of artificial sweeteners.

Dry hopped at 19g/l with Citra and Mosaic, and London Ale III yeast. Expect big, juicy softness with a sweet, fruity aroma and wonderfully complex citrus and tropical stone fruit flavour. Thick and juicy.
Our original mix is a seamless beat-matching of Galaxy, Mosaic, Chinook and Citra for an all out hop assault on the senses. Stone fruit, juicy tropical notes, and bags of citrus flavours are abound in this hyped up IPA.
Our good friend Mick Scrace bought an abandoned orchard of 3000 neglected trees by accident. Through battle with the undergrowth and thinning of dense tangled branches, this fabulous little corner of Sussex is fast coming back into production. His windfall cookers provide the acid tones to all our Eastern Counties style ciders. Blended here with Cox apples from Orchard Farm for a pleasingly smooth green appleyness, softened with mellow spice tones.
