A single hopped pale ale brewed using only New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops. Nelson Sauvin is an excellent dual purpose hop providing flavours which makes it a big favourite for most craft brewers. It’s distinct fresh gooseberry flavours are also often linked to Savignon Blanc wines but tropical notes of mango and lychee can also be detected within the white wine fruitiness.
