A very pale ale brewed with a blend of Maris Otter Pale Ale malt and malted wheat, delivering a smooth, rounded body with a light biscuity sweetness. The hop character is layered and complex — a union of UK Challenger, Bramling Cross, and Sovereign hops with a bright lift from US Cascade. Aroma of floral and citrus notes with hints of blackcurrant and spice and zesty grapefruit, delicate berry fruit, and a clean, refreshing bitterness on the palate. The finish is crisp yet full-flavoured, for an exceptionally drinkable pale ale with both English tradition and transatlantic flair.

This strong, ruby-coloured ale has a smooth, moreish flavour, its flowery and citrus hop aroma being balanced by the richness of the malt flavour which develops into a finish of spicy and fruity hop notes.

A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

A perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates an amber ale which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish.

A best bitter brewed with the rare Bramling Cross hop for soft fruit aroma and taste. The satisfying bitterness is balanced by sweet toffee/caramel from the crystal malt. Hops: Goldings, Pilgrim, Bramling Cross and Target.

Warming, malty and fruity. Pale and amber malts contribute to a mouth filling and satisfying 'Horlicks' and biscuity maltiness. Challenger and First Gold give a base note of herbal hop and Fuggle as a late hop contributes the main fragrant fruity and floral and spicy notes. Fermented slowly to give just enough fruity esters providing a complex, satisfying and warming experience.

A full-bodied, dark brown, strong ale. Slightly malty but with hints of roast coffee and liquorice. A smooth caramel overlay and a complex fruitiness leads to a bitter chocolate finish.

This pale ale has a good assertive pithy bitterness and a malty backbone. Brewed with Citra, and a blend of other American hop varieties to create some great citrus flavours.
