A Munich Helles style lager that's low in bitterness and brewed using Extra Pale, Cara and Munich malts for just a hint of maltiness. We brew it using a traditional bottom fermenting lager yeast and hop it principally with German Saaz. We also add a small amount of some zesty American hops at the end, just for a little zing. Not too much so that it strays into Pale Ale territory, but just enough to tickle the tastebuds. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

We planted a traditional cider orchard in 2012 and blend this fruit with the dessert and eating apples we get from our annual apple swap. Wild yeasts, lots of apples and some sunshine help make Silly Moo Cider a lusciously fruit forward and well-balanced tipple.
