Single Malt And Single Hop pale ale with citrus, stoned fruit and tropical fruit flavours dry hopped with Idaho 7 hops.
An extra pale malt bill, oats and Vienna create a smooth body bristling with spikes of intense US Simcoe hops over a backbone of UK Jester hops. The result is a fruity, easy drinking, sessionable, light IPA. Hints of pine, grape, peach and grapefruit.
A light and hoppy blonde ale hopped with Cascade. Collaboration with Sunken Knave. Vegan friendly.
A classic recipe from 2005. A well hopped retro American pale ale. Collaboration with Evening Star and Rob Jones.
A caramel and toffee nose leads into a rich, fruity, russet brown Best Bitter typical of the style. Hops: Admiral, Perle, Galena and Challenger.
A crisp refreshing Citra/Mosaic session IPA.
A Munich Helles style lager that's low in bitterness and brewed using Extra Pale, Cara and Munich malts for just a hint of maltiness. We brew it using a traditional bottom fermenting lager yeast and hop it principally with German Saaz. We also add a small amount of some zesty American hops at the end, just for a little zing. Not too much so that it strays into Pale Ale territory, but just enough to tickle the tastebuds. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
A medium dry cider made using the same techniques as Pilot, but with a reduced amount of apple juice, we were able to both increase the dryness, strength and hit of wild cider.
Lusciously fruit-forward with a pleasing tannic finish, Silly Moo Cider is made by Rachel on her family's farm in Sussex. Naturally cloudy very juicy lightly sparkling real cider from Sussex.
This beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring. Take the opportunity and go for the low hanging fruit, this sumptuous beer really is a plum!
Full bodied smooth dark bitter with fruit cake and toffee flavours.
Brewed with Pilsner malt and noble German hop varieties, fermented cold then dry hopped and lagered for an extended period. Flavours of cereal malt combined with citrus and grassy hop aromas, crisp finish.
This is our session strength Nitro Porter that takes inspiration from our flagship beer, The Porter. Creamy, smooth and truly sessionable. What better way to create an effortlessly drinkable dark beer than to brew it with nitro. The resulting creaminess and smooth mouthfeel balance perfectly with the subtle roasted notes of coffee and chocolate.
