This pale ale was hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and Centennial and then dry hopped with Citra, Centennial, Idaho 7 and Simcoe for bright tangerine and grapefruit aromas with a subtle piney bitterness. A grist of extra pale and oats give us a lean malt profile. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
On top of a soft, pillowy mouthfeel, we’ve got a knockout trio of hops, with Riwaka leading the charge while Citra and Mosaic bring the all-important support. We’re getting bursts of fleshy mango, juicy tangerine and crushed pineapple backed up by dank herbal notes and a hit of bright lime zest on the finish. Vegan friendly.
