A refreshing pale ale with the hoppiness and punch of an IPA, but session strength. Citrusy, floral flavours from the New Zealand hop, Motueka, with a lingering bitterness from Chinook.
A light refreshing beer with pungent grapefruit, lychee and gooseberry aromas leading to a dry, bitter finish.

Sometimes the simple things in life are the best. We take Pilsner malt from Germany and combine with three traditional hop varieties - Magnum, Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh - to produce a clean, unfiltered, Hop Bitter Lager Beer.
Late season Dabinett blended with 20% Bramley apple. People always ask on cider tours: can you make cider from any apple? Of course you can. Bramley brings some punchy, malic acidity to any blend, and it works in beautiful conjunction here with the rich bodied Dabinett’s flavours. Dabinett is a classic bittersweet, which means it has plenty of tannins, but Dabinett has more mid-palate flavour than many other apples in that category, with flavours of orange peel, clove, vanilla and cinnamon middled in there, and enlivened by the acidity of the Bramley apple.
Still, cloudy, naturally sweetened with fresh-pressed apple juice, giving a full, fruit flavour.
Apple cider busting with the flavour of mandarin oranges!
