This juicy IPA is teeming with tropical fruit flavours of overripe mango, papaya, crushed grape skins and hints of banana. Mash-hopped with a large dose of Saaz and Cascade hops, and fermented with a specially selected strain of yeast, all to help promote the creation of unbound thiol compounds which helps produce this tropical, juicy IPA with a Sauvignon Blanc style zesty finish.
