
Here at Thornbridge we have a deep respect for British Brewing heritage and on hearing that the historic Burton Union system was being retired we decided we wanted to do our part in saving one of the sets. We installed it in Bakewell, and after getting up and running we brewed this batch of Jaipur using it, each pint is a true piece of history. Hops: Chinook, Centennial, Ahtanum, Simcoe, Columbus and Cascade.

Thriving on bold, hoppy citrus flavours, this maverick is always ahead of the curve. This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour malt. A combination of Cascade, Columbus and Amarillo hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.

Still brewed to an original recipe using only the finest ingredients and the experience of generations. It is brewed with two strains of yeast to produce a complex nutty, malty taste with subtle hop undertones, which has widespread appeal to repertoire drinkers.

A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Light gold in colour, Lukas is a crisp Bavarian-style Helles. Traditionally lagered and brewed with all Bavarian ingredients, the resulting beer is the very definition of elegant simplicity and finesse. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

A beautiful hazy session IPA. We generously dry hop with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo hops creating a hugely aromatic and juicy fruit bomb. Vegan friendly.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

Made in the Aspall house style by blending culinary and bittersweet apple varieties such as Cox and Russet to deliver the refreshing, crisp taste of just-bitten apples. The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery Scotch whisky casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.

We have expertly blended our crisp Somerset Cider and tangy rhubarb to make this taste sensation. Sweet and full of rhubarb flavour with a tart edge to it.

Smooth and sophisticated mango cider made with an ample portion of mango juice and Somerset cider.

We've brought two recipes together in this IPA, Salopian's Kashmir and our Jaipur, and using a blend of ingredients from both we feel we've got it bang on. There is a plethora of citrus fruit, hints of pine and the lingering dry finish both beers are renowned for. Hops: Ahtanum, Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Chinook, Columbus and Simcoe.
