Rummaging in his archive, Bill unearthed one of his Great Great Grandfather's recipes from 1854. The beer, called XX at the time, became one of King of Horsham's most important beers and went on to become King and Barnes' Sussex Bitter. Today we have revived his original recipe in tribute to him, but added a modern twist with the addition of Challenger hops and a unique dry hopping technique using the Progress variety. The result is an amber beer with a fresh, hoppy aroma and a full bodied and satisfying taste with a lingering and pleasant bitterness.

Our interpretation of the craft brewers home fridge favourite, Helles. For a rounder, slightly sweeter body we employed Lager and Munich malts with a subtle tang of Tettnang hops for a twist of floral spice. Vegan friendly.

A pale ale using the best American classic hops giving generous grapefruit, pine, elderflower and citrus fruit flavour. Dry hopped with Citra, Chinook, Columbus, Comet and Centennial hops. Smooth mouthfeel and texture leave the palate very satisfied.

A rich black, full bodied, velvety smooth porter. A carefully curated variety of roasted malts give strong coffee, toffee and chocolate flavours.

New Zealand pale ale, sumptuous malts, apparent but easy going bitterness to allow full flavours of the Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka hop schedule. White grape, gooseberry and passion fruit to the fore! Vegan friendly.

Pilsner brewed with Pilsner malt and noble German hop varieties, fermented cold then dry hopped and lagered for an extended period. Flavours of cereal malt combined with citrus and grassy hop aromas, crisp finish. Vegan friendly.
