Extra blonde rice beer with mild fruitiness of the light Japanese Mochi cake, heavily dry hopped with Motueka, New Zealand hops. Fermented at 14.5?C which a wee above normal for lager so there's some lovely esters coming through, with some extremely subtle fruity notes as well character. This is the lightest colour beer we have ever made.
