We've used a combination of First Gold, Goldings and EKG hops to bring notes of marmalade, hedgerows and pith balanced out against a sweeter malt bill. Fermented slightly warmer using S-04 to bring forward some of those traditional cask ale aromas. This an ode to traditional British beer and ingredients. Vegan friendly.
