This obscene chocolate milk stout is loaded with pretty much maximum recommended portions or rye (mouthfeel, body, spice), oats (mouthfeel, smoothness) and lactose (sweetness). The brewer is really not a big fan of coffee so the unmalted black barley together with lactose sugar has been used in the right quantity to highlight more of the chocolate notes. Contains lactose.
A modern interpretation of Bohemian dark lager. With it's deep mahogany colour, this lager is smoothly drinkable with hints of chocolate and coffee balanced by subtle bitterness from the Saaz hops.

Our traditional farm pressed cider - Just a bit bigger in size! We use a combination of apples from our own local orchards as well as the more traditional cider varieties from orchards we work in Herefordshire and Somerset. The result is a full-bodied blended cider, strong, still and un-pasteurised. Proper, vat-matured, scrumpy!

Often a cloudy perry, it has good flavours despite being lower strength, which is achieved by a mixture of a 1st and 2nd pressing. The 2nd pressing has water added to re-hydrate the fruit, to assist pressing out the remaining colour, juice and flavours. Varieties include Doyenne du Comice, Thorn, Blakeney Red and Conference.
