A session IPA with a Kiwi hop combo that is set to keep the dream of Lilt alive. Moutere, Wakatu and Pacifica incoming with rounded citrus bitterness, pineapple and grapefruit energy. We're continuing our dive into big oat malt platforms, brewed at 35% Naked Oats, expect a super soft pillowy base allowing these Kiwi hops to fly off into the sunset.
Pale ale dry hopped with New Zealand Nectaron to give a tropical fruit aroma. Hauora Pai means 'good health' in Maori.

For our Chameleon series we create a classic American Pale Ale using Maris Otter with a touch of Vienna malt, we bitter using whole leaf Columbus hops, add Citra to the kettle after boil and then dry hop after fermentation with the best hops we can get our hands on. This version is a dry hopped with Amarillo.
