A blend of two versions of the same turbid-mashed base beer, fermented in barrel with our respective house cultures. Two parts of Rioja barrel aged ale with second use Shropshire plums to one part from one of our favourite sour-producing Bordeaux barrels. Farmhouse, sour, vinous. Collaboration with Balance. Vegan friendly.

Carefully blended from a range of traditional cider apples which provide a crisper taste. Sharp, crisp and to the point. Pours with a red hued gold with a very slight haze.
