A perfectly balanced, refreshing, medium cider named after the rich red soil that gives our orchards their distinctive quality.

Our annual American Barleywine, half released fresh, and half barrel aged. We use some of our favourite hops of the year, grapefruit, passionfruit, gooseberry, white wine, pine and apricot. Hopped with Moutere, Columbus, Comet, Azacca, Nelson Sauvin, Cashmere CGX and Azacca Quantum Brite. Collaboration with Hoppy People. Vegan friendly.

A single barrel of three year old beer. The grist contained malted wheat, caramelised barley, and cane sugar. Large quantities of European and US hops were added during the boil to limit the acidity produced in the spontaneous fermentation. The finished beer was dry-hopped with whole leaf Celeia.

Brewed in June 2020, this golden sour aged in a Merlot barrel for just over 4 years when we then added 8kg of our own Pinot Noir grapes from our garden in October 2024. While retaining its golden base colour, the fruity characteristics from the red wines come through with dark berries, light tannin and fruit. Vegan friendly.
