An English style Bitter, brewed to celebrate cask ale brewing, the late-summer hop harvest, and the spicy-grass, earthy aromas which make green-hopped beers so unique. Green Hop Bitter is brewed with fresh, unprocessed hops picked straight from the bines of Hukins Hops, a fourth generation independently owned hop farm in Kent. This batch made with citrusy and floral UK Cascade.

Dry and light but with oat, Vienna and Munich malts giving body and a touch of biscuit sweetness, and big orange, lemon, pine and soft tropical fruit hop character.

Kees Bubberman (now of Brouwerij Kees) and John de Vries (now of Brouwerij de Molen) joined us originally to brew this smooth and citrusy India Pale Ale, which is fermented with timed additions of Earl Grey tea during fermentation, heavy infused hopping and traditional cask maturing. The result is a citrus fruit aroma, smooth sleek texture, hop notes are brilliantly complimented by bergamot and a light tannic finish.

A mildly tart sour beer emulating the flavours of the classic Greek yoghurt dip. A clean, vibrant, and zingy summer refresher. Straw yellow colour, hazy, white foamy head. Aroma of cucumber, mint, yogurt, lemon and lime citrus, light grainy malt. Creamy smooth mouthfeel but mildly tart lactic sourness. Light and dry finish with mellow bitterness and soft to medium carbonation.

A banana and clove, hop and wheat-filled sensation. Brewed with Cascade and Styrian Wolf and fermented with Heffe 1 yeast. A classic German wheat beer strain, Hefe 1 produces a high level of isoamyl acetate, giving the brew all those lovely banana notes. By balancing our phenol production, this yeast strain also helps to produce clove notes whilst remaining banana forward. A multifaceted brew, Cultivator is hoppy, flowery, bitter, full-bodied, sweet and malty. Cultivator has it all in flowing abundance.
