Made with a bundle of the tastiest malts and a load of cacao husks in the mash with lactose to up the sweetness and increase the body of this chocolatey smooth chewy imperial stout. We circulated the finished beer through more cacao husks and nibs resulting in a chocolatey stout with peanut and banana flavour making for a robust, sweet and roasty beer. Our journey through hazy IPAs brought us to a combination of Cashmere and Talus. Orange Tropicana vibes from the Talus, underpinned with hints of coconut interplay with the lime and melon flavours from Cashmere.

A Czech Style Pilsner brewed with a white pear tea and pear juice. Both the juice and the tea were added in the kettle during the whirlpool, after the boil, for maximum flavour and aroma contribution. The pear’s fruity complexity pierces right through the spicy Czech Saaz hops beautifully, adding a gentle acidity to this pale lager that makes for a crisp refreshing sipper. Using Rakau hops from New Zealand along with rose salt, 200 kilos of apricot puree and 300 kilos of peach puree. We give you this deliciously summery full bodied salty sour.

The orchard apples are a mix of Herefordshires finest. We have used a blend of real cider apples, bitter sharps and bitter sweets to which are added some desert varieties to make a zesty medium dry and very refreshing cider.
