Pudding stout full of sweet- salted caramel and rich velvety notes of cocoa. Roasted malts come through on the finish bringing a little burnt- bitterness to this otherwise indulgent ale.
A select blend of pale ale and chocolate malt - and our use of Goldings hops – have given this smooth ale a rich amber colour and a taste with malty overtones.
Session IPA, packed to the brim with flavour. A simple clean malt bill with Maris Otter and Oats for that lovely mouthfeel. Packed with Mosaic and Citra hops. Expect notes of tropical citrus and stone-fruits.
A thirst quenching beer, making its mark as a light and refreshing ale. With a sharp start it then moves on to leave a smooth Orange and Lemon rind aftertaste. A great session ale.

So take back your watering hole and enjoy the flavours of biscuit, orange and citrus notes, thanks to a space load of Amarillo, and feel like a new world ruler.
Our first craft lager and it’s quite the charmer. Bursting with flavours of specially selected malt and continental hops, it has a crisp and refreshing finish. Red Ram is a proper craft lager and distinctively moreish.
