We took a base of Munich and Vienna malts, then layered it with a mix of specialty malts to create a rich wort that was then whirlpooled with cocoa husks to amplify the chocolate notes from the malts. Fermented with lager yeast and cold conditioned till we were left with a rich and smooth chocolate character.
