Brewed with a pale, wheat, and oat base, and fermented with Vocation yeast for fruity notes and a light haze. This edition features Zappa hops, bringing bold tropical fruit and citrus flavors, accented by hints of spice and resinous pine for a unique, punchy character.
A historic pale ale. Malty, hoppy, and bittersweet with a hint of marmalade, inspired by a recipe brewed by Kemp Town Brewery in 1880. Chevalier provides a big malt backbone for massive quantities of British and European hops, typical of the time, while traditional Invert No.2 sugar adds hints of molasses and lightens the finish.
