Light gold with hoppy flavours from Cascade and Simcoe hops.
A London-style Porter brewed to a classic recipe with late hop additions of Hallertau Tradition. Whole bean Hasbean coffee was added during cold conditioning to bring a clean coffee flavour and aroma with hints of dark berry fruits. This gyle used the Brazilian Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama Natural Canario varietal for notes of cacao nibs covered in treacle toffee.
Since we love brewing our craft beer to be as hazy as we can possibly get it, we figured now it's probably time to take our cask in a similar direction! Timber is a completely unfined cask beer dry hopped with Citra and Ekuanot, bursting with tropical flavour and at a smashable 4.1%.

Brewed with Simcoe and Sabro, and weighing in at 5.6% abv, this hazy IPA has a slight, clean bitterness and is a little earthy, with a tropical fruit flavour. Vegan-friendly.

Carefully blended from a range of traditional cider apples which provide a crisper taste. Sharp, crisp and to the point. Pours with a red hued gold with a very slight haze. This cider is full-bodied with a short-lived fizz from a light carbonation leading to a slightly sparkling drier cider with a rustic cider apple feel.

A fruity, juicy blend of these early season apples. Browns, a sharp, provides the base, which Major builds on with it’s characteristic full bodied, tannic cider. Completed with the addition of Dabinett, and just a little hint of Foxwhelp to bring a dash of intensity to this very smooth, very easy to drink cider.
If you are more of a traditional cider fan this is for you. We have left it uncarbonated so the full flavour of the apple comes through. Light, refreshing and easy drinking.
