Mango Sypian (pronounced ‘sippian’) is the newest beer in the Beowulf range. Sypian translates as ‘to sip or drink’ in Old English. It has bursts of juicy mango, combined with a tropical hoppy aroma. This is a pale ale which is refreshing and moderately dry on the palate, with a smooth and delicately bitter finish.

A traditional stout. The English Phoenix and Goldings hops provide a smooth bitterness as well as subtle hints of treacle in the aroma.
Still brewed using a complex yeast strain, Brew XI is characterised by hop notes giving way to buttery toffee, which washes over a basket of red and green apples, bananas and plums. A rounded crystal malt tones the rapid onset but not persistent bitterness. Warm and slightly astringent with a hint of cracked vanilla pods.

Irish stout multi-layered, Wilde Child take, on this classic style beer. Made using roasted barley, brown malt and chocolate malt for added drinkability with a good balance between the sweetness of the malts and the bitterness of the hops.
Session IPA with an enticing aroma blending citrus and tropical notes with a clean, dry finish and characteristic grapefruit high notes. The only UK IPA brewed with a combination of home-grown Surrey hops and the very best West Coast US hops. Cascade and Farnham White Bine hops from our own hop garden are complemented with US Mosaic and Centennial hops added late in the brew to make the perfect tropical marriage.
