A light refreshing beer with pungent grapefruit, lychee and gooseberry aromas leading to a dry, bitter finish.
A Citra hopped pale ale.
This single-hopped Mosaic pale ale is designed specifically for cask. We used a classic malt bill of mostly Best Ale Malt with a good portion of Extra Pale malt. We then whirlpooled 5kg Mosaic for a subtle bitterness and a fruity aroma. Finally, we dry-hopped with 10kg Mosaic BBC. All be it quite restrained hopping for us, this beer punches well above its weight.
We wanted to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply get it down ya neck. Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly 'easy' IPA.
Bitter with a faint flowery aroma and a moderately fruity, malty taste. The finish is long but pleasantly bitter with some sweetness and dryness.
Session pale ale hopped with Idaho 7 and Ekuanot for a super sessionable beer packed with candied pineapple and peach flavours.
Malty, fruity and hoppy, this red IPA has all the hallmarks of an American IPA with a malty body - expect Simcoe, Chinook and Comet in this one! Brewed in collaboration with Place to Brew.
A clear light copper coloured beer enriched with 4 hops. This delivers all the taste, aroma and flavour of a true IPA. Hops: Magnum, Cascade, Celia and Centennial. Original recipe by Scribbler's Ales.
