A refreshing blonde ale with a mellow bitterness. Brewed using English Maris Otter barley and flavoured with a fruity hop. A real thirst quencher.
A beautiful, yet very simple beer, brewed using a very generous blend of finest pale, crystal and roasted barley with two bitter hops combined with the majestic and noble Fuggle hop to produce a beer of awesome full-bodied flavour with subtle cherry and rich fruit overtones. This is served directly from a wooden cask.
Warming, malty and fruity. Pale and amber malts contribute to a mouth filling and satisfying 'Horlicks' and biscuity maltiness. Challenger and First Gold give a base note of herbal hop and Fuggle as a late hop contributes the main fragrant fruity and floral and spicy notes. Fermented slowly to give just enough fruity esters providing a complex, satisfying and warming experience.
Our house ale is a quaffable pale ale. Brewed with Slovenian Celeia hops, it really is a smooth easy drinking pale ale with a light citrus finish.
Medium-sweet, cloudy, and slowly matured still cider made from freshly pressed apples, paired with a refreshing infusion of rhubarb juice. The well balanced, fruity taste and tart finish provides a deliciously moreish cider.
A bright golden pale ale showcasing juicy Nectaron hops. Bursting with notes of pineapple, passion fruit and peach, with a hint of citrus zest and a crisp, refreshing finish.
Session pale ale hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe, gooseberry and red berries mix so well.
