Well, the answer is actually something quite small –tiny in fact. Nitrogen. Expect the same award-winning taste that you know and love, but with a sweeter, cooler, smoother finish. A well-rounded porter with fruity, sweet notes over a backdrop of hoppy flavour.

The keg version of our classic Stout, served through a nitro pour, brewed with carefully selected roasted barley, delicately hopped and served through a nitro pour to give it a silky-smooth creamy taste. It’s brewed exactly as a stout truly should be.

Helles Lager. We begin with a specially selected premium lager yeast and a variety of classic Noble European hops. During fermentation we add some Saaz for an earthy and floral hint, followed by the Mandarina Bavaria hop to give an extra subtle hint of lemon complexity to the taste and aroma. Sweetness balanced with a light bitterness, delicately hopped, clear and light, it's the very definition of a thirst-quenching lager bier.

The perfect marriage between Scottish methods and Scotland's favourite craft cider. We use Glen Moray Distillery casks to give our cider its warming notes of oak, vanilla and honey.

Made with Herefordshire red apples, Inch's is a lightly sparkling cider with a fresh apple aroma. It is a medium apple cider which means every drop is crafted to be perfectly balanced between sweet and dry for great tasting refreshment. We make it using 100% British apples, grown within 40 miles from our Hereford mill.

American West Coast pale ale. Gold in colour with a slightly sweet and hoppy finish. Notes of gooseberry, citrus and tropical fruit.
