The towering spicy citrus characteristics of Cascade are skilfully enhanced by the tropical pineapple, passion fruit and peach characters plus herbal hints of Nectaron and express lifted further by the aromatic grape and gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin. All topped out with a moreish bitterness from UK sourced Challenger.
