A beautifully light and fruity beer with good hoppy bitterness. It leaves a refreshing bitterness which prompts the next gulp. A wonderful, old fashioned, 'session' beer. Brewed for drinking with no frills.

Blending the rich, fruit-laden depth of Old Peculier with the juicy, tropical hop character of Baby-Faced Assassin, this is a beer where heritage meets rebellion. Deep ruby-brown in colour, it opens with layers of dark cherry and treacle toffee, lifted by vibrant notes of mango, apricot, and citrus from its American hop influence. Smooth and medium-bodied, it balances velvety roasted malts and caramel sweetness with a lively, resinous hop bitterness. The finish is long and moreish, seamlessly marrying the depth and heritage of classic Yorkshire ale with a modern twist of tropical hop intensity. Collaboration with Roosters Brewing.

A classic bitter: smooth, full-flavoured and balanced, with a crisp malt fruit finish. Golden amber in colour with an aroma of fresh baked bread and a hint of spice. Launched in 2010, this modern day beer represents the very best of traditional brewing.

A rich aroma of hops and malt, and a long, deep, bittersweet finish, we've carefully crafted Gem into an exceptional best bitter. A quintessentially English beer.
