A mellow, easy drinking ale brewed with a little crystal malt and a lot of Goldings hops. Nothing flash, just a very decent malty body and a balancing hop flavour.
Historically, spring was a time for brewing strong ales, and at 5.9% this hoppy, golden IPA certainly follows in that tradition. Our strongest cask ale has a wonderful liquorice, citrus and peppery hop aroma, balanced with a smooth blend of full-bodied pale malts. Hops used are First Gold, Columbus and Cascade.

A rich, full bodied best bitter in the traditional Kent style. Finest Maris Otter pale ale malt and crystal malt for colour and richness. Hopped with local Kent Northdown and Finchcocks’ Whitbread Golding Variety and finished in the Hop Rocket with Progress hops from Scotney Castle and Goldings from Finchcocks hop garden for a full flavour and aroma.
This golden ale is hopped with 9 different types of Kent bred and Kent grown hops in a total of 9 separate additions.

A well rounded, easy to drink, still medium cider, made on the family farm from 100% cider apples grown in our Herefordshire cider apple orchards. The cider is made from a blend of bitter sweet and sharp cider apples – Dabinett, Michelin and a smattering of Kingston Black. The fruit in our orchards is allowed to grow and fully ripen bringing out a full flavour in the cider.
