
Pupa is built to sit between East and West Coast styles of American IPA. Both aroma and flavour swell with a deep hit of light citrus and ripe tropical fruits. Oats create a full yet smooth mouthfeel and the fruity yeast strain lends a soft stone fruit flavour to the finish.

A pale ale featuring Sabro hops, this beer has a soft mouthfeel with a simple malt base designed to showcase the hops. We have used Citra to complement the Sabro and the result is a highly aromatic and beautifully flavoured beer that feels stronger than it's 4.2%. Grapefruit and pineapple are forward in the aroma and there are notes of stone fruits and a hint of coconut. Vegan friendly.

On the back of the success of our English Bitter, we've used a base malt of Maris Otter, which brings biscuity notes and added Cascade hops for a balanced classic English golden ale. Cask only release. Vegan friendly.

This British Extra Special Bitter is made with Maris Otter together with crystal, chocolate and wheat malts. Hopped with classic spicy Goldings, together with the modern fruit-filled Jester variety. It’s rich and smooth with a mellow citrus bitterness.

Our take on the traditional English brown ale. This is a well balanced, full bodied beer brewed with all-British barley and Golden Naked Oats, coupled with Willamette hops from the USA. Earthy aromas and flavours of demerera and hazelnuts. It's a hug in a glass.

This IPA is made with an American ale yeast well suited to the style, with Maris Otter and Munich malt giving biscuit notes. The hop combination is stunning with lots of orange, tangerine, and mango from Krush which we used as the dry hop. Vic Secret and Enigma used in the boil both add further complex fruity notes. It has a balanced bitterness, firm but not overpowering and a lovely lingering finish. It has a beautiful deep golden orange hue. Vegan friendly.

Cacaophony has always been a beer for indulgent moments. Rich, thick, and decadent, we've taken it up a notch by ageing it in rum barrels for over a year which adds a gentle warmth and a hint of oak and vanilla, before adding even more cacao nibs to the conditioning tank leading to a delicious chocolatey finish. The Discovery apple is the first to mature and be picked in the autumn. With the nose and flavour of this early variety, our Discovery blend is a medium fruity cider with a delicate rose blush.

A well rounded, easy to drink, still medium cider, made on the family farm from 100% cider apples grown in our Herefordshire cider apple orchards. The cider is made from a blend of bitter sweet and sharp cider apples - Dabinett, Michelin and a smattering of Kingston Black. The fruit in our orchards is allowed to grow and fully ripen bringing out a full flavour in the cider.
