Following on from our English Pale 'Wolf Like Me' which featured the developmental English hop Mystic, we’ve used two other new full-flavoured English hops in this pale. Jester and Olicana both have characteristics more associated with American hops with big flavours of grapefruit, passionfruit and mango.
