Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.

A new blend of perry especially for the 2019 festival, made from fruit grown in the south of England. The taste of pears is balanced with subtle citrus and elderflower overtones, giving a medium-sweet taste, very smooth on the pallet. With a strength of 5.7%, it more than stands up for itself.

This russet-red beer has hints of toffee, spice and berries in the aroma, with a fruity character and hints of blackcurrant and caramel, leading to a moderately dry, bitter finish. Brewed for the Six Nations.
Double Maxim’s ‘Big Brother’ and a multi award winner. A strong premium ale brewed with a hint of Demerara sugars. Dark ruby in colour, Maximus has a sweet liquorice taste that is warming and easy to drink. Beware of its underlying strength.
A heavily hopped American IPA with a nice malty backbone. Flavours in abundance will be tropical fruit, citrus, pine, blueberry and mango.
