This pale ale was hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and Centennial and then dry hopped with Citra, Centennial, Idaho 7 and Simcoe for bright tangerine and grapefruit aromas with a subtle piney bitterness. A grist of extra pale and oats give us a lean malt profile. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

This West Coast IPA is a nod to some of our loved West Coast style beers we drank years ago. We\'ve kept the malt bill lean and crisp for a robust hopping schedule. A blend of Centennial, Simcoe and Columbus have been used at 4 different stages for bittering and whirlpool additions to layer up the flavours and give a balanced bitterness. We have then used Amarillo, Simcoe and a touch of Columbus and Centennial in the dry hop for an overripe citrus and pine crush.
