Our core pale ale is a delicious, hazy, juice bomb of a beer, balanced with enough bitterness to keep drinkers clamouring back for more. A baby version of our universally-popular Spur IPA; Floret is positively bursting at the seams with peach, mango and pineapple notes backed up with pithy orange peel bitterness from its Citra, Simcoe and Azacca hop bill. Vegan friendly.

Crisp, bright, refreshing Pale Ale packed full of new world hops, with pink grapefruit particularly evident on the nose and palette. The combination of hops including Citra and Mosaic give a lingering but tempered bitter finish.

We paired up the Sabro with Polly's stalwart Citra in this pale ale. Sabro brings a metric tonne of sweet, creamy, pineapple and coconut notes before being reeled in by Citra to keep everything balanced. A collaboration with our friends at Chamonix-based Big Mountain Brewing Co.
