Here at Thornbridge we have a deep respect for British Brewing heritage and on hearing that the historic Burton Union system was being retired we decided we wanted to do our part in saving one of the sets. We installed it in Bakewell, and after getting up and running we brewed this batch of Jaipur using it, each pint is a true piece of history. An inscrutable IPA which teases out the answers down and across your taste buds – gold in colour and bewilderingly full flavoured from Aussie sourced Vic Secret and Enigma hops. Aromas of peach and raspberry and a slight minty note. Tastes of fresh raspberries and summer pudding with an underlying bitterness to balance the sweetness. All on a perplexing light caramel malt base.

A beautifully well balanced pale hopped with Willamette, Delta, Citra, Chinook and Centennial. Gluten free.
