A light mild with a delicate balance of subtle flavours. An easy drinking beer with light floral notes and a smooth, creamy body.
Our flagship IPA. The brewer loves using the Phoenix hops so much that they feature in both the Phoenix and the Phoenix IPA. These little beauties create a smooth bitterness, spicy flavour and the aroma of freshly cut flowers. The IPA is stronger, longer but not wronger – this bitter delight will win you over with its playful nature and easy drinking.
A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.
Fresh, pale and zesty with a lemon nose.
We use cacao nibs and plump raisins to complement the dark malts used in the mash. With an initial rich roasted chocolate taste the raisins provide a distinctive fruity finish to cut through this full bodied yet smooth stout.
Named after the Maori word for 'little' this is NZPA's little brother. Brewed with low colour Maris Otter pale malt and several NZ hops including; Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Green Bullet. Crisp with citrus and floral aromas on the nose and huge flavours of gooseberry, grapefruit and tropical fruit.
Brewed with a gently-kilned malt, and an aromatic blend of American hops added during the brewing process gives this 3.8% alc pale beer exceptional poise. Its distinct hop flavour leads to a crisp finish.
A refreshing, well hopped, fruity and bitter Golden Ale with complex fruit flavours from the blending of English hop, First Gold, with the outrageously fruity American hop, Cascade. A hopheads' beer... with balance. A real beer drinkers beer.
Session sour loaded with blackcurrant, raspberry and blueberry.
Selected from three seasons apples which are slowly vat fermented and matured then expertly blended to give this cider its unique depth and flavour.
