A blend of 7 grains, 3 hop strains and a late infusion of elderflower and lemon. This aromatic IPA was named by Scott's daughter. It pours a deep gold with aroma's of elderflower and citrus hops, followed by sweet caramel. On the tongue the biscuity malts are perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the hops, freshness of the lemon and lingering floral elderflower aftertaste. An extraordinary brew.
Created from a complex layer of malts and blended hops, this well balanced IPA delivers satisfaction every time. Golden in the glass, fruity on the nose with hints of cedar. Joker IPA is bitter/sweet, full of flavour and is sure to put a smile on your face.
You’ve got to have cake on your birthday right? Our hero birthday beer comes to you in the form of this Wood Aged Belgian Birthday Cake Stout. Just like a big slice of cake, that names a mouthful! Sitting way up at 11% this barrel aged number will give you strong notes of vanilla, oak and dark chocolate. All it’s missing is the candle on top. Contains lactose.
Cold Fermented? That’s right, we have fermented this IPA at a much lower temperature which gives you a notable difference. This brewing style gives the beer a more notable mouthfeel, fuller body, more rounded softer flavour and bolder flavours. It protects the hops during the brewing process, in this case Citra and Palisade for more pronounced flavours of citrus, lemon and floral herbs. Contains lactose.
A couple of our favourite hops to play around with at the moment, providing complex layers of flavours to help create this intricate Double IPA. Notes of bright tropical, pineapple, pine and passion fruit coming from the Vic Secret and citrus, peach and burnt orange. Vegan friendly.
That's right, carrot... but it's not as scary as you might think. Carrots have a naturally sweet flavour which works fantastically well with that natural sweetness of apple and mandarin. So we wanted to play on this as well as the other aspects of some of the fruits, the sourness. A perfect balance of sweet and sour derived from ingredients which compliment each other for an appley, orangey mouth watering, lip puckering sour. Contains lactose.
Well this one's a throwback. We rediscovered caramac a little while back and thought how good this would be as a pale ale. Blend it in with white chocolate and you’re onto a winner. A smooth velvety rich pale ale which does exactly what it says on the tin. Notes of white chocolate, caramel and caramac. Contains lactose.
