A red IPA brewed with locally foraged spruce tips and dry hopped with Ahtanum. Deep red with malt flavours of oatmeal raisin cookie, and cherry character from the spruce.
West Coast American IPA brewed with tons of Simcoe, Columbus, Centennial and Amarillo hops. This beer packs a flavour punch, with some Crystal Malts to add some a pleasant sweet caramel undertone to the beer. Rather easy drinking for 7.0%
The Mosaic and Simcoe hops already gave this IPA strong elements of tropical fruit and citrus but the addition of a significant amount of Blood Orange puree takes this beer a lot further. The result is a spectacularly juicy and refreshingly tart IPA with a balanced bitterness.
