We’ve taken our session beer, brewed especially for the Cross Keys (Kippen) and turbo-charged it with Mosaic dry-hops. Easy drinking but loads of flavour.

A traditional Old Ale style beer made with pale ale malt, dark crystal and chocolate malts and 6 types of Kent hops. The beer, which is a deep amber colour, has a fruity note and complex hop flavours. These are balanced by smooth caramel flavours from the malts. There is a slight sweetness that is balanced by a moderate but mellow bitterness.
The 'i' might be in lower case, but beware - this is a capital beer. Brimming with luscious roasted coffee and chocolate malt flavours, iStout is balanced by a brisk bitterness and bold hoppy freshness. As with all our beers, this beer is a very modern interpretation of this classic style.
A dark ale aged in Bordeaux wine barrels to give an intense sourness alongside the deep roasted malt and dried fruit from the barrel.
Straw yellow lager hopped with Czech grown Saaz or Zatec noble hops with a distinctive hop aroma and bitterness usually found in Bohemian pilsners. Brewed with the finest English lager malt and fermented with a lager yeast and then cold conditioned for 4 weeks.
