This session IPA is heavily hopped with Citra and Chinook, producing huge tropical and citrus notes, carried by a soft, velvety malt base of pale malt and torrefied wheat. Respire is bright and incredibly drinkable, making it perfect for the pub garden as summer rolls around.
Back from the archives, Redwood was one of the first IPA's we brewed over 10 years ago. This IPA has been brewed with a section of specialty malts and hopped with Chinook and Centennial to produce a old school West Coast IPA in cask with notes citrus and marmalade.
Rich, hearty stout with a full body from oat and wheat malts and with a deep black colour and dry coffee bitterness from roasted barley. Goldings hops add a slight spicy, earthy aroma to this smooth and dry Irish stout.

Challenger, Goldings and Fuggle hops blend to create a beautiful aroma and flavour with kicks of grassy freshness and a big peppery punch. The Maris Otter malt offers a light sweetness that balances against those big bitter characters.
A traditional English bitter brewed using water from the Hampshire chalk hills. Full and clean tasting, initially malty then tangerine fruit and resinous hop build to a quenching bitter finish.

Condensing the hops into a DIPA! For this delicious DIPA we have used a simple malt bill of extra pale, flaked oats and dextrin malt for a soft profile to let the hops shine. Citra and Mosaic hops give us tropical fruits and delicious dankness, we then blended in Krush and Krush HyperBoost to optimise our tropical fruits. Krush is a very much loved trial hop here at Burnt Mill HQ, known as HBC 586. Vegan friendly.
