Next up in our series of cask Session IPAs is the American A-Team, Amarillo and Azacca. As per usual, it's going to be naturally hazy and loaded with huge notes of orange due to the Amarillo and ripe stone fruits thanks to Azacca!
Welcome to the Valley Of Eden, the northern lands that dream of a pale, balanced and bitter pint. Pouring a pale golden this is an all English hopped Northern bitter. High in bitterness with super smooth warm biscuity aromas through the Chevallier classic malt alongside notes of lemon, lime, grass and mint all thanks to the northern Bobek and Fuggles hops. A proud British pale bitter pint with a stonking white head standing tall.
A complex, balanced blend of rich malt and fruity, resinous hops makes this an authentic India Pale Ale.
This is a modern style American Red ale, dry hopped to produce a vibrant hop aroma with a balanced finish.
Straw yellow lager hopped with Czech grown Saaz or Zatec noble hops with a distinctive hop aroma and bitterness usually found in Bohemian pilsners. Brewed with the finest English lager malt and fermented with a lager yeast and then cold conditioned for 4 weeks.
An IPA brewed without any fruit, only pure hop juice, made primarily with Mosaic with support from Citra and Columbus.
Part of our Damn Dead fruited lactose sour series. A light bodied and refreshing grapefruit sour that strikes a nice balance between tart and sweet.
A Russian Imperial chocolate and peanut butter milk stout, this is a big beer! Double mashed to really give a thickness and sweetness to this boozy beer, dark malts add depth of flavour without too much burnt roast flavour, lactose gives sweetness and body, plenty of oats with the Maris Otter help with body and cocoa nibs give a rich dark chocolate infusion. Peanut and chocolate give the desired flavour of peanut butter and chocolate. Collaboration with Northdown Brewery.

The pale brown to amber medium bodied beer has a strong hop character. It's a bitter but with unconventional warm tones of malt that lingers on the palette, the complex malty flavours gives richness, balanced by the clean hoppy finish. A good session bitter brewed with local British hops picked from the farm seven miles down the road in Worcestershire - Fuggles, Goldings, Challenger and Progress.
