A rich, full bodied best bitter in the traditional Kent style. Finest Maris Otter pale ale malt and crystal malt for colour and richness. Hopped with local Kent Northdown and Finchcocks' Whitbread Golding Variety and finished in the hop rocket with Progress hops from Scotney Castle and Goldings from Finchcocks hop garden for a full flavour and aroma.
Full bodied beer with a smooth delicate bitterness. Sweet malty flavours with a divine, fruity hop flavour and a heavenly aroma.
A super chocolatey stout. The base beer is dry rather than sweet, which makes it very moreish. Chocolate is used at every stage of the brewing process to layer the flavour in, with a smidge of vanilla to finish. For this special edition we used plenty of freshly brewed espresso from Anonymous Coffee to bring mocha flavours. Collaboration with Tim Lloyd.
Light, crisp and refreshing German Kolsch style. Perle and Mittelfruh hops for a balance of malt and hops, expect rich and fruity aromas and taste.
A fresh and mixed fermentation beer. This spontaneous barrel aged version from our Fermata Range was first coolshipped before barrel aging in oak foeder for a year. Finally blended with a saison with the addition of grapefruit and peppercorns. Tart with notes of clementine and plum. Collaboration with Burning Sky. Vegan friendly.
We tucked 400L of our imperial Mexican chilli stout 'I've Got The Remedy' away in Bourbon barrels for 18 months, before freshening it up with *even more* dried chillies, which we chose for their complex fruity, smokey flavours. Hints of leather and tobacco run throughout this lightly carbonated imperial stout, with a light spiciness in the finish. Vegan friendly.
An American take on a traditional Bohemian Pilsner. Golden toned from the use of Munich malt with a light caramel note, the addition of Pekko hops gives a crisp refreshing bite typical of the style.
A beautiful golden ale made exclusively with local hops from around Kingston and Surbiton.
A triple chocolate nougat marshmallow porter. We’ve put bucket loads of chocolate and nougat into a tank and mixed it in with a delicious helping of Stay Puft, to give you that perfect smore dipped in melted chocolate, full body taste. Now if this isn’t the best Christmas present… nothing will be. Hops: Columbus. Contains lactose.
Fancy an easy going pale ale? That’s exactly what this subtle blend of American hops is all about. The late Simcoe hop addition adds a fresh, fruity aroma.
Rich, tawny and smooth porter. Just the ticket as the nights draw in and you move closer to the fire. Brewed with Heritage malt produced in the traditional way on floor maltings for a fuller flavour.
A Mosaic pale ale displaying flavours of pine, mango and citrus with a tropical and stone fruit aroma. A nice and easy going session cask pale.
Cask session IPA, mellow and juicy and hazy, brewed with Citra and Simcoe hops.
An award-winning light ale brewed with three malts and three hops. Generous late hopping provides Seville orange aromas and the initial malt sweetness is dominated by citrus flavours which explode on the palate. Brewed with plenty of malt to provide decent body, so it has some backbone for a low ABV beer. There's also a pronounced bitterness throughout.
A real thirst quenching summer beer. Packed full of Cascade hops giving easy going citrus and floral notes, with a light and crisp bitter finish.
We've taken our classic bitter recipe and modernised it with the addition of HBC-630 hops. It's a session bitter for 21st century drinkers.
This is a session bitter, lower in alcohol, yet big in body and flavour. It delivers a surprisingly big mouthfeel and a striking dry hoppiness that is very moreish.
Delivering citrus and tropical notes in abundance, this session strength hazy pale ale balances refreshing fruit character with a soft and pillowy mouthfeel, followed by the slightest hint of bitterness to finish. Hops: Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe.
Deep amber in colour with a fruity orange aroma, soft fruit notes combine with a grainy background to a fruity dry finish.
Cask Bitter - modern full flavoured English Bitter brewed with a heritage UK yeast strain and Challenger hops.
Think adult Fruit Shoot. Blackcurrant and prickly pear sour.
Heavy wheat and oat base. Nelson Sauvin and Rakau in both whirlpool and dry hop. Collaboration with Pig And Porter.
