An English Bitter brewed specifically for our pub The Cap in Harleston, Norfolk. A blend of crystal malts create a classic base whilst the hops are predominantly the more modern UK variety Ernest with its apricot, citrus and spice notes. This is our take on the classic style combining tradition with our modern methods.
