With notes of grassy pine and citrus with a lingering aftertaste, this classic "Golden Ale" has a good level of bitterness and flavour to balance the gravity.

A classic British-style cask IPA created using the very best ingredients we can get our hands on and then fermenting it in our new Union set. For our base malt, we have used Maris Otter from Norfolk, a touch of Simpsons' best Crystal malt to add a touch of colour and rounded sweetness and some of the special (and expensive) Brewers' Invert No.2 sugar from Ragus, which will add notes of caramel and toffee while helping to keep the beer’s body in check. The all-important hops are British-grown Goldings and Northdown, which give us some gentle berry flavours and rounded, cedar-like hop aromas to balance the maltiness.

Brewed with Vienna malt and oats, an unusual mouth filling malt base. Hopped with beautiful Mosaic hops, renowned for their tropical fruit beauty, helped along with some nice orangey Amarillo hops both at the end of the boil and in the dry hop. It is unfined, so naturally hazy. A moreish bitterness is complimented by tropical fruit tastiness.

This is our session strength Nitro Porter that takes inspiration from our flagship beer, The Porter. Creamy, smooth and truly sessionable. What better way to create an effortlessly drinkable dark beer than to brew it with nitro. The resulting creaminess and smooth mouthfeel balance perfectly with the subtle roasted notes of coffee and chocolate.

Packed with Mosaic and Chinook hops, this ale is a delectable beast with a big bite! A rich golden colour carries with it strong aromas of summer fruits. The first taste to hit the palate is grapefruit then a light bitterness which softens quickly for a refreshing finish.

Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
