A light straw colour, brewed with barley and wheat malts. A very refreshing beer with a good smack of citrus hops and a perfect clean finish.
Our morphous core cask IPA. This time, it’s a Brit Hop IPA, showcasing the best hops the UK has to offer! Godiva and Harlequin hops deliver fresh tropical, citrus flavour. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
A unique blend of some of Hampshire's finest low colour and lightly caramelised malted barley with a selection of British and North American hops. With notes of grassy pine and citrus with a lingering aftertaste, this classic "Golden Ale" has a good level of bitterness and flavour to balance the gravity.
Gloriously rich golden in colour and with a wonderful mown grass aroma, this premium bitter is full of complex flavours including a tiny amount of caramel. The addition of American hops gives it a full hop flavour with a dry finish.
Ruby black, drinking somewhere between a mild and a porter. The malty, charred flavours don't quite get to roasted.
A soft, hazy and juicy pale ale showcasing different hops in each batch. Ask at the bar for the hop focus of this beer. Vegan friendly.
This is our session strength Nitro Porter that takes inspiration from our flagship beer, The Porter. Creamy, smooth and truly sessionable. What better way to create an effortlessly drinkable dark beer than to brew it with nitro. The resulting creaminess and smooth mouthfeel balance perfectly with the subtle roasted notes of coffee and chocolate.
Brewed with Vienna malt and oats, an unusual mouth filling malt base. Hopped with beautiful Mosaic hops, renowned for their tropical fruit beauty, helped along with some nice orangey Amarillo hops both at the end of the boil and in the dry hop. It is unfined, so naturally hazy. A moreish bitterness is complimented by tropical fruit tastiness.
Medium-sweet, cloudy, and slowly matured still cider made from freshly pressed apples, paired with a refreshing infusion of rhubarb juice. The well balanced, fruity taste and tart finish provides a deliciously moreish cider.
Old Rosie is the name given to our 1921 Aveling and Porter steam roller, that still sits in our yard in Herefordshire. Strong, reliable and so loved by everyone in the Westons family, we named this cloudy cider in her honour. Light, crisp and dry, this truly old fashioned cloudy cider is slowly matured and left unfiltered.
