This tawny-coloured premium ale borrows sweet raisin, biscuit and dried-fruit notes from the crystal malt, while fresh, piney herbs emanate from the hops. Pupa is built to sit between East and West Coast styles of American IPA. Both aroma and flavour swell with a deep hit of light citrus and ripe tropical fruits. Oats create a full yet smooth mouthfeel and the fruity yeast strain lends a soft stone fruit flavour to the finish.

A Cascadian Dark Ale (Black IPA), black in colour but low in roasted malt profile. Cascade, Mosaic and Citra provide notes of pine and citrus.

A golden ale hopped with Challenger, Goldings and Fuggles. The aroma is a blend of fresh grassy and floral hop and a subtly soft, caramel-tinged maltiness. The palate is a balance of gentle grainy maltiness and sprightly floral, citrusy fresh hop fruitiness. The finish is bittersweet with hints of citrus fruit weaving in and out.

A New England IPA hopped with Nectaron, Citra and Galaxy. Brewed with our current favourite hop leading the way this NEIPA is light and fresh with tropical flavours of pineapple and passion fruit dominant with some citrus and stone fruit supporting. Vegan friendly.
