Brewed to celebrate 100 brews at Mill Valley Brewery. We decided to brew the original recipe that we started with on day one, Mill Bitter 4.6%, and do a couple of tweaks! Mill Bitter is a blend of Marris Otter, wheat, red and crystal, hopped with English hops, then fermented with a traditional English yeast.
