Today we find ourselves setting off in a new direction that is even more welcoming, like a pub fire after a long walk.
It's time to take the classics into the future, from the super smooth Mild we hyper modernise using two of the biggest hops in the game and a serious malt base to celebrate the classic. We kick off with Citra and Mosaic, modern and seriously powerful bringing their tropical, citrus, bubblegum and blueberry notes straight at you. Focus remains on malt using a super smooth base of amber, crystal and carared creating that deep amber caramel dream we all love.
Brewed with Extra Pale Malt to give a light crisp body, this Session IPA is heavily dry-hopped to produce intense citrus flavours and aromas.
New Zealand super triplet to the fore - Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Waimea hops. Limey, grapey, mangoey, citrussy and proper piney to boot. All the necessary trappings of a certified juice wallop round the chops, Southern Hemisphere style.

Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.
Sometimes the simple things in life are the best. We take Pilsner malt from Germany and combine with three traditional hop varieties – Magnum, Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh – to produce a clean, unfiltered, Hop Bitter Lager Beer.
This real cider is smooth and mellow, having been seasoned for a perfectly balanced pint.
