Rummaging in his archive, Bill unearthed one of his Great Great Grandfather's recipes from 1854. The beer, called XX at the time, became one of King of Horsham's most important beers and went on to become King and Barnes' Sussex Bitter. The result is an amber beer with a fresh, hoppy aroma and a full bodied and satisfying taste with a lingering and pleasant bitterness. Gluten free.
