This version of Chop & Change features Simcoe hops. Clean, crisp hoppy cask pale, derived from a relatively simple malt bill in order to allow the Simcoe to be the main focus on the palate. Simcoe delivers notes of pine, citrus and tropical fruits, particularly grapefruit and apricot.

Nelson Sauvin's name is derived from the Sauvignon Blanc wine grape to which many agree has similar flavour and aroma characteristics. A perfect summertime hop; Nelson possesses strong fruity aromas and flavours of tropical fruit and crushed grapes that mingle with citrus like tangerine and grapefruit.
